Looking South is the view of the Oak Creek Village valley floor as it stretches out toward the Mingus Mountains at Camp Verde. This allows me to capture both the strong visual image of Courthouse Rock, as well as, its more familiar neighbor Bell Rock. In the late afternoon light the sandstone can change colors within moments and its most ghostly presentation is when it reads as purple.
